V-Check
V-Check is an app for the iPhone and iPad and keeps track of cybersecurity vulnerabilities. It does so by presenting the Common Vulnerabilities and Exposure (CVE) catalog that is published at the National Vulnerability Database (NVD) by NIST, the US National Institute of Standards and Technology. It reads the information via the public available API and presents it in an easy way to consume. All the relevant CVE details are available, like for the scoring details based on CVSS, the related common weaknesses (CWE), references and impacted platforms (Common Platform Enumeration, CPE). V-Check uses the NVD API, but is not in in anyway endorsed or certified by the NVD.
V-Check Some Screens
V-Check provides a number of features to view CVE information, including all details like scoring, related weaknesses, references, if available vendor notes, related platforms etc.
Next if also provides the full CWE list, which is currently, January 15, 2023, based from v4.9 as maintained by MITRE.
It includes extensive filter and search options. The data is being pulled from the NVD API and maintained in a local, on-device, data store.
The app works on both iPhone and iPad. On the iPad ii utilises the full canvas in a beautiful layout.

TraxTi
TraxTi is a TAXII client/consumer that reads STIX objects from the MITRE TAXII server. STIX stands for Structured Threat Information Expression (STIX™) and is a language and serialisation format used to exchange cyber threat intelligence (CTI). TAXII, stands for Trusted Automated eXchange of Intelligence Information and defines how cyber threat information can be shared via services and message exchanges. It is designed specifically to support STIX information. More information on STIX and TAXII can be found via this link.
TraxTi Some Screens
TraxTi provides general information of the TAXII server, and the available collections on the server. As soon as a collection is selected a list of all objects for that collection is shown. And on selection of an object, the details of that object are provided.
The information is fetched via the API on the TAXII server as provided by MITRE. No filtering, or any altering of the data is done. All is provided as available.
The app works on both the iPhone and iPad. On the iPad it utilises the full canvas in a beautiful way.
